The drum rotate freely, the board lights up when I hit the power button but when I hit the start button it dings three times and does not start the cycle. Is this the user interface board or something else. A video of how to replace whatever needs replaced would be helpful thanks. Also our connections look good

There is no actual video showing how to replace the user interface boards. However the video linked below does show how to access and remove the console control which is where the boards are mounted. So once you have the console out it's just a matter of removing the boards from the console which you can figure out once you see it.
