The error code we received was F71, which we understand to be a user interface issue, but our model number is not in your database so unsure what part to order. We are getting a beeping tone (3 fast beeps) but that's all. This originally happened when you pressed the power, start, and pause buttons, but now it's just beeping when you press the Power button. Initially we weren't seeing anything on the display but after numerous attempts, we got the F71 error code, but now the display panel has gone totally dark and the only button that responds is the Power button (3 beeps). Any help you can provide ide would be greatly appreciated. D. Davis

That sounds like the two interface control boards inside the console have failed and need to be replaced. The boards you need are linked below they come together as one piece.
