F 07 Washer does not complete the wash cycle. Stops before Rinse/Spin about at the 24 minute time indicator. When I set the dial to Rise/Spin, the machine rinsed, but quit before much of a spin happened about at the 18 minute indicator. The result was a clean load of laundry but very wet clothes.

All you can do is try and reset the washer. Unplug the washer for a full 2 minutes plug it back in and try to run a new cycle, if you continue to get the F07 error code you will need to replace the motor control board (MCU) on the washer. The part you need for the model you gave is linked below:
