I have Whirlpool Cabrio dryer model WGD7300XWO. I got the f28 error code and ordered a new moisture sensor bar. After removing the front panel I noticed there were 2 strips. I replaced the top one with no luck, then replaced the bottom one. The bars don't appear to be corroded or covered in material to prevent contact. My dryer is still giving me an f28 error and flashing "sending". I'm stuck here. Any help would be appreciated.

Check the wiring harness connections between the moisture sensor and the main electronic control board, if the wiring looks good and there are not any loose connections and you already replaced the moisture sensors then the main board has failed.
