My Whirlpool washing machine model WWDC 10714 S suddenly stopped working and F 15 error code appeared on the small screen. I unplugged and plugged it several times but the machine will not continue and the same error code appeared. What do I do?

For whirlpool washer Model WWDC 10714 S the F15 error is listed as a heater control fault which means the heating element on the washer is not working. You will need  to check the heater for continuity with a meter if it is a closed circuit the heater is fine and the NTC/Thermistor is bad and of course if the element is open the heating element is bad.
