Whirlpool Duet Washer Model GWH9100LW2. On the user interface display the “ control locked” light at the bottom of the status indicators is lit. There is no error code in the time remaining window. The user interface is inoperable. Turned off and turned back on the power to no avail. Held cancel to no avail. Turned dial to manual spin drain to no avail. There was “not” a load in progress when the control locked status light came on. I was attempting to start a load.

Press and hold the "End Of Cycle Signal" button for 3 seconds to turn off the child lock feature and the controls will work again.
