Model WED9400sw1. Need help with repair to fuse or control board?

You need to check the thermal fuse with a meter, if the fuse has a closed circuit it's good and the board is bad. If it has an open circuit the fuse is bad. It's rarely the fuse that causes that error code though, it's almost always the board. The board for you model is linked below:
