we changed the part and it washed fine until it hit the next dispensing setting like the fabric softener time then puts the f30 code again. The part has been replaced and still gives the f30 code mid cycle.

If you replaced the dispenser motor and the linkage is set correctly and the wiring from the dispenser motor to the board is ok then central control unit is bad. I can't give you the part information without the model number.
