Hello! Can somebody help us to tell what we have to do if the Frigidaire has a signal and f11 err noticed and everything we do, we can’t make it shutting off.. if is possible to call us 7809155549. Thank you!

The F11 error on that model is a stuck key error. 

1. Verify nothing is touching the potentiometer/display boards. Disconnect Power, wait 30 seconds and repower.

If fault returns: 2.Check/reseat connectors and harnesses between ESEC-UIB and potentiometer/display boards;

3. Replace ESEC-UIB;

4. Replace potentiometer/display boards.
