Error Code F7e9

Question: Error Code F7e9

Hello, Can you tell me what code F7E9 is referring to? I have a whirlpool front loading washer model number WFW75HEFW0. The motor/drum turns freely by hand but when plugged in the motor/stator assembly makes a constant humming sound and does not turn. I checked the continuity of all three motor connector pins and all read about 13 ohms (manual says 5 -20 is ok). The motor and stator appear in perfect condition. Is this a problem with the ACU board? Thanks for your help.

The F7E9 error code means the main board has detected the motor is not moving when its suppose to be, this error is classified as a locked rotor. So it sounds like the stator is good and if the rotor looks to be in good shape and the stator is getting voltage from the control which is sounds like it is I would think that there is something that has the drive system in a bind such as clothing stuck between the inner tub and basket not allowing the basket to turn freely.
