I have the F11 code and beeping on my Kenmore stove (Model # 790.94172310, Serial # VF63715626). I've tried turning the power off and on but that did not resolve the problem. What is the part number for the control board and how is it installed?

The board you need for that model is part number 316630004. Unplug the range pull it out and remove the backgaurd cover and you will see how the control is mounted. Take a picture of the wiring unplug all the wires from the board then remove the screws mounting the control board and install the new.
