Cycle Runs But No Water

Question: Cycle Runs But No Water

Hello, My washer has a water button inside that will allow me to prewash clothes. Now that function works. However when I choose a program and go to run it. It doesn’t fill the water up while going through the cycle leaving the clothes still dry. The soap and softener are still in the holder and hasn’t been released. So I know it didn’t wash clothes. Should I try resetting it before other drastic measures.

The only thing you can do is try and reset the electronics by killing power to it at the breaker/fuse panel on your home for one full minute then restore power. If after that the problem persists the water level pressure switch will need to be replaced. The water level sensor on that model is built into the main control board so the part number you would need is W11040850.
