We have a Frigidaire oven that is separate from our glass stove top. Recently, the oven has been displaying the F10 error code whenever we cook something. I can temporarily clear the error by turning off the breaker and then turning it back on, but the issue persists. After some research, I removed the front panel to access the back of the control board. I tested the wires connected to the temperature sensor at the harness, but I wasn’t able to test the temperature probe itself due to not having small enough voltmeter probes. Could you let me know the cost of a replacement temperature sensor for Model # FEB30S5DCC, Ser # NF62028311? Thanks for your help. Vince
Hello Vince,
The F10 error code on your Frigidaire oven typically indicates an issue with the oven's temperature sensor or control board. Given your description, it sounds like the temperature sensor might be faulty and causing the error to appear.
For your Frigidaire oven model # FEB30S5DCC, the correct temperature sensor part number is 316217002. This sensor usually costs around $50.00. You can order it directly from the link below:
Replacing the temperature sensor is a common solution for the F10 error code. If you continue to experience issues after replacing the sensor, there may be a deeper problem with the control board itself.
